The Principal/Senior Analyst will write for, present to, and advise eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals in the retail, wholesale, and CPG industries to help guide their eCommerce and other multichannel commerce technology decisions. He/she will need a strong understanding of the business and technology issues facing eBusiness executives today and an appetite for conducting and writing research to stay abreast of the issues.
Ideally we are looking for a candidate who will be based in our New York or Cambridge offices and has a solid background of and experience with enterprise IT systems especially in relation to omni-channel commerce technologies such as eCommerce, Point of Sale, Order Management, Supply Chain, ERP and CRM platforms. The successful candidate will be joining a highly successful team at Forrester with a unique opportunity to influence global eCommerce leaders and play a strategic role in the future direction of this exciting industry space.
