CX don't forget to start with the basics

Hi,

CX is a key element of the Brand DNA but they should not forget the basic, including Forrester
What would Forrester expect from their readers regarding it when, clicking on the "Benchmarking Survey" link, you get an error message "Sorry, this survey is not currently active"
