If you're observant, you may have noticed our blog has a new URL: http://blogs.forrester.com/groundswell/. Links to the old URL will be automatically redirected, but please use this in the future. (If you don't know why we changed the URL, perhaps you're not as observant as I thought.)

Here's a change you should note, though: our new RSS feed is at http://feeds.feedburner.com/Groundswell.  If you had subscribed to the former feed at http://feeds.feedburner.com/CharleneLisBlog you won't be seeing all the updates -- we're phasing that out.
