Forrester Events Digital Hub

We will meet you where you want. Attendees can choose to join in person or digitally, or both. Registered attendees have access to the Forrester Events Digital Hub for one year following the date of the live event. On the digital platform, you will be able to access recorded sessions, presentations, digital sponsor booths, and exclusive bonus content available only on the digital platform.

Ensure you are using the correct direct link (one of the links that are posted above):

  • Confirm internet connection is stable at time the error message is received.
  • Confirm which browser you are using (see below for guidelines).
  • If using a VPN and unable to access, it may work best to disconnect.
  • Close the tab/log out.
  • Clear browser cache (In Chrome: History > Clear Browsing Data > Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” > Clear data).
  • Open a new browser window and log in again.
  • Check that ad blockers, network settings, or anti-virus software are set up to allow the site.

Forgot Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot password” on the login page. You will receive an email from Sonic Foundry (no-reply@sonicfoundry.com) to reset. After resetting your password, please make sure to click on the unique event link to access the event.

Requirements for Viewing a Mediasite Presentation

  • Android 9 or later
  • Chrome browser

Linux

Mediasite supports on-demand and live presentation playback on Linux. In order to play back Mediasite content we recommend the following:

  • Chrome or Firefox browser.
  • VLC Media Player (to install H.264 codecs)

Apple iPadOS

  • Apple iPadOS 13 and higher
  • Apple Mobile Safari
  • Broadband Internet connection
