For most of the past year or so, I have been working on a set of research docs in parallel to my inquiry and consulting work at Forrester. And the results are finally becoming available on the Forrester RoleView platform. What do you find to be the biggest obstacle for clients in starting a BPM program?
Obstacles
They are all people problems ... getting buy-in, engagement, getting started. Too often people think they can eat the elephant, when in reality, they need to start at the tail (to get skills, prove the efficacy, etc).
