To the delight of many tired parents, it's back to school season. It's also the perfect time to plan out your fall calendar, and we're hoping that you will join us in Chicago in November for our eBusiness Forum.
The theme of our event is "Leading The Digital Business Revolution." We chose this theme because our clients tell us that they're looking to take their digital sales and selling strategies to the next level. As titles like Chief Digital Officer (CDO) emerge, eBusiness professionals and their other digital counterparts are eager to determine the right digital strategy for their firms and, more importantly, determine how to infuse digital skills throughout their organizations. They know that to engage with customers and thwart the competition, they must become powerhouses at digital business.
To kick off the event, Forrester Vice President and Principal Analyst Bill Doyle will explain how customers have become "digital first" and how that behavior impacts even the most conventional of businesses. Using Technographics® data and industry examples, Bill will outline how the battle between incumbents and digital upstarts will evolve. Martin Gill, a Forrester vice president and principal analyst, will follow Bill and unveil brand new research on what we're calling the digital business imperative. Martin will reveal the results of our new digital maturity survey to give eBusiness professionals an idea of how far along firms are on their journey to digital excellence, what digital infusion means, and what they need to do to get there.
Along with speeches and track sessions with Forrester analysts like Bill and Martin, our speaker lineup includes senior leaders that are driving digital transformation within their firms. These executives include the CMO of Krispy Kreme, the CDO of Hallmark, the Vice President of Multimedia Marketing at Domino's, the President of Ticketmaster, and the Head of Channel Management and Direct Channels at Allied Irish Bank.
