Many application developers aspire to be a CIO or at least have words of advice for their CIO. Please check out my latest column on CIO magazine's website: 9 Reasons Why Application Developers Think Their CIO Is Clueless.
Check out the comments on the article as well as on slashdot. Sadly, the first comment on slashdot is "What is a CIO?". That is not what I would expect from slashdot readers. There are other commentors that are bewildered by my use of the term "tap an ethernet coaxial cable". But, most commentors have some insights to add.
